We pretty much liked everything! The outstanding kindness of the staff blew our minds! The whole team at the reception desk and guys who were dealing with the parking were extremely kind and professional! Doing their jobs with such devotion and enthusiasm is a very rare thing to see these days. Also, breakfast was fresh and healthy, thanks to two smiling faces in the kitchen - lady chef Sara and cute Sir Francis! The room was good and clean and we loved the balcony! We stayed there 9 days and enjoyed every minute of it! All the guys from the hotel definitely deserve a raise! We will definitely come again! <3 They all made our stay worth remembering forever!

It was an amazing stay and the staff are very friendly .. Mr. Rabeea, Ms. Jana and Ms. Dana are all supportive and they upgraded my room to a big suite when I heard noise at night because of the night club :)) Also on breakfast, they make you whatever you want of special meals like manakeesh Zaatar or Jobon and also different types of eggs and potatos; I asked for mashed potato, the day after, it was on breakfast Houskeeping and reception are all helpful and clean.

Everything is very clean the staff and the facilities are great. Big bathroom in a big bedroom. If some minutes more to check out needed, u can delay it a little bit, staff is really kind. Delicious Lebanese breakfast included.Totally recommended.

Very nice (luxory) hotel in the heart of Beirut, comfortable, spaciouc and very clean room, hot water, very friendly and helpfull staff, great wifi, good price, nextime I will come again! Highly recommend!
